If an admin or mod is departing amicably, follow this guide. You will need an existing administrator to follow this checklist.

(Tech Team) If they have "blade" access-

• remove SSH keys from hosts

(Tech Team) If they have registry access-

• reset domain registrar password
• reset hosted web services password

(Mod Team) If they are a GitLab admin-

• remove their admin role. (Do this by going into the profile and setting access level to "regular")

(Mod Team) If they are a RocketChat admin-

• remove their admin and moderator roles
• eject them from admin rooms and discussions
